Highlights of the $79 banquet menu include our Seared Salmon Maki with aioli and jalapeno dressing, our ever popular Salt & Pepper Tiger Prawns and the ultimate Riley St classic, our Crispy Pork Knuckle with truffle dashi mash and pickled apple.
